Quality Control Department
One of the main goals of Puyaplast company has always been to improve the quality of products, and in this regard, each of the stages of preparation, production, assembly and packaging of products has been carefully controlled and monitored with full supervision
The quality control unit plays its role in the production of standard products by continuously monitoring the parts during production and monitoring and recording various parameters and by interacting with the production, maintenance and repair, assembly and packaging and laboratory units
And the experts of this unit always improve their technical knowledge by participating in various extra-organizational training courses and using the most up-to-date tools and methods
If they observe the smallest deviation from the standard criteria in any of the stages, by notifying the superior units, follow up on the issue until the issue is fully resolved

Assembly and Packaging
The assembly and packaging unit serves as the crucial link between the in-process product warehouse and the final product warehouse. Following workflow instructions and the commercial unit's order form, parts are transferred from the warehouse to the assembly unit
In the assembly unit, parts undergo a thorough quality control inspection and an appearance check by the assembly operator. Once approved, the products are packed according to type, whether in bags or cartons. Each package is then labeled, approved, and finally transferred to the final product warehouse
Laboratory
In every production complex, the laboratory plays a central and vital role in improving the quality level of its products. The scope of the duties of this unit in the Puyaplast company from the beginning of the arrival of the raw materials to the departure of the final product and even checking the quality and testing on the items prepared from other suppliers of the company such as O-rings, masterbatch, rings, bolts and nuts, etc.
